Class Desriptions

  • Soulful Sunday: Traditionally Sunday is a day of rest and reflection. This all levels class combines Yin yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation to clear your mind and make space for the coming week.

  • Structural Yoga with Amanda: We meet exactly where you are. Same poses each class with fun variations to keep your body happy and aligned. All levels are welcome.

  • Strength & Conditioning: This class includes weights and bands to strengthen back, legs, arms to tone your whole body

  • Slow Flow: A slower flow class where you may hold poses for a bit longer for optimal benefit.

  • Vinyasa Flow: An invigorating yoga flow.

  • Gentle Yoga: This class is a gentle approach to yoga -- perfect for beginners or students seeking a calm environment. It is great for prenatal too.

  • Rise and Shine  A class to awaken your vital energy through an electic mix of Kundalini, Hatha Yoga, Meditation...

  • VinYin: Combines an invigorating flow with longer held-poses for balanced energy.

  • Mindful Movement: This Qi Gong class involves slow movement synchronized with breath to tone the body, improve flexibility, and release the stress of your work week. Beginners welcome!

  • Soulfire: A nice flow with Amanda to start your weekend right!

  • Strengthh and Conditioning-uses hand weights and bands to strenghten and scultpt your body and muscles.
