Class Desriptions

  • Soulful Sunday: Traditionally Sunday is a day of rest and reflection. This all levels class combines Yin yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation to clear your mind and make space for the coming week.

  • Monday Morning Flow with Amanda: Start the week right with an easy flow class to get your energy going.

  • Strength & Conditioning: This class includes weights and bands to strengthen back, legs, arms to tone your whole body

  • Slow Flow: A slower flow class where you may hold poses for a bit longer for optimal benefit.

  • Vinyasa Flow: An invigorating yoga flow.

  • Gentle Yoga: This class is a gentle approach to yoga -- perfect for beginners or students seeking a calm environment. It is great for prenatal too.

  • Awakening Yoga: A class to awaken your vital energy through a unique combination of yoga and Qi Gong

  • VinYin: Combines an invigorating flow with longer held-poses for balanced energy.

  • Interval Training: Combines weights with cardio to realize your full potential.

  • Mindful Movement: This Qi Gong class involves slow movement synchronized with breath to tone the body, improve flexibility, and release the stress of your work week. Beginners welcome!

  • Power Flow: A sweaty flow with Amanda to start your weekend right!
